Led a user-centric redesign of a core Prizeskout feature. Managed the complete design process, from research and ideation to launch, to significantly increase user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibility:

User Needs Analysis: Conducted targeted user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify pain points and improvement opportunities within the feature.

Ideation & Prototyping: Facilitated design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate and prioritize innovative solutions. Developed prototypes ranging from low-fidelity sketches to interactive mockups for rapid testing and validation.

Iterative Design: Collaborated with the design team to iterate on designs, gathering feedback, and addressing usability concerns for a highly intuitive user experience.

Cross-Team Coordination: Partnered with development and QA teams to translate the improved design into technical implementation and rigorous testing prior to launch.
